What have you actively done to start off on the right note?

Well, I've made sure that I was at my internship on time, I used ma'am and sir when speaking to any of my mentors. I've done the jobs correctly and in a quick manor, making sure I didn't take all day with it. And I made sure I stayed out of my mentors' way when they didn't need me, and was present when they did. 

What have you actively done to create interesting opportunities for yourself?

I've kept myself in the loop about what's going on the dance theater, and how things work. I've asked if I could help with anything, and showed that I was interested in the business parts as well as the very interesting parts.

What have you actively done to advance the interests of your mentor and/or site?
So the goal of my mentors' at my internship is to set up the Cabaret showcases, and make sure everything is in order so the dancers can do their thing, and the audience enjoys it. I've helped set up the room like my mentor wants it, and I've helped take ticket orders and put the address and order information into the computer. 

What can you do in the immediate future to improve yourself and your experience in the above areas?

I can make sure I'm up on my A-game. Always available and always willing to help. Make sure that I'm listening and learning so they don't have to reteach or re-explain any process or direction to me more than once. And I can keep on doing what I'm doing, and keep a positive attitude about everything so I take the most out of this experience.
