The characteristics and/or qualities that I see in people at my internship that I'd like to develop in myself is their positivity. They always have a smile on their face, and their always happy. I mean, it's not one of those annoying over-happy-type-happies; the people at my internship are happy just because, and it's a normal positivity.
The people at my internship site also have this strong family connection. Everyone's cool with each other, sort of like my class. Everyone in my class last semester was so cool; we were like a big friendly family. Real cool. And I enjoyed being in that type of environment while interning.
