1. What skills would you like to develop at your site?

The skills I am developing at my site are Box Office, and learning to take paychecks and sales over the phone or internet. I'm learning show business, how to set up for performances, and all the background organizing and setting-up that goes along with it. I'm also developing will-call skills, and understanding mailing-lists, and how to put information into a database.

2. What interests do you have regarding the work done at your site?
I'm interested in the setting up, and mailing out invitations to people, and getting the tickets ready. I like the whole planning thing.

3. What needs can you address (needs your mentor has, your company has, etc.) based on your skills and interests?
I can answer the phone, and get things together, like the tedious stuff my mentors don't necessarily have time for. I can plan out the tickets, and organize the information... yeah.
